肺动脉支架的应用现状及进展 被引量：3

摘要 目前，肺动脉狭窄的治疗方法有开胸手术、经皮球囊血管成形术、经皮支架植入术。30多年以来，支架植入治疗肺动脉狭窄发展迅速，很多情况下已经成为首选治疗方法。随着近年来可降解支架的出现，配合内外科镶嵌治疗概念的提出，经皮肺动脉支架植入更是显示出其广阔的临床应用前景。本文就经皮肺动脉支架的应用及发展进行综述。
