断口定量概率评估货车车轮辐板孔裂纹扩展速率 被引量:5

摘要 裂纹扩展速率是工程断裂失效预测分析的基础,采用断口定量测量裂纹扩展速率是常用的实用方法之一。分析货车车轮辐板载荷对裂纹扩展速率的影响,阐明可用裂纹扩展参数Q描述载荷分散性,进而建立了基于载荷分散性的裂纹扩展速率不确定性方程。针对货车车轮辐板孔裂纹失效,通过断口定量测量多个断口的da/dN~a数据,介绍了断口定量概率评估裂纹扩展速率的方法。断口定量分析结果与仿真计算结果相吻合。 Crack growth rate is an important parameter for engineering fracture failure estimation, and fraetographie retroestimation is one of praetieal methods for measuring eraek growth rate. The effeets of wagon wheel web loads on eraek growth rate have been analyzed and it is explained that the probability of eraek growth rate can be eharaeterized by eraek growth parameter Q. Then the uneertain formula of eraek growth rate has been established. As an example, several fraeture surfaees of wagon wheel web hole eraeks have been analyzed to introduee the method for fraetographie retroestimating probability of eraek growth rate. The results of fraetographie retroestimation well agree with that of computational simulation.
