摘要
研究了在仿真导弹铰链力矩系统中采用新型压力—流量控制电液伺服阀(PQ阀)的现实可行性。将PQ阀与传统的压力控制伺服阀(P阀)和流量控制伺服阀(Q阀)进行了比较,表明PQ阀具有优良的适用性。已研制成功的由电气元件和FF118型PQ阀所组成的液压伺服机构具有足够高的加载效果,当力矩梯度≥2N·m/(°)时,频带达到15Hz或更高。
The feasibility of simulation missile hinge moment system utilizing a new type electro-hydraulic servovalve (PQ valve)of the pressure-flow control is evaluated. Compared with traditional pressure control servovalve (P valve) and flow control servovalve(Q valve),the PQ valve has excellent applicabi]ity. The actual developed hard-ware consisting of electric elements and a hydraulic servo mechanism of the FF118-PQ control valve can supply adequate loading. The frequency limit can be made 15 Hz or higher. It Provieds useful data for the fundamental design of simulation missile hinge moment system.
