食管癌术后康复俱乐部患者生命质量测评

Health-Related Quality of Life in Postoperative Esophageal Carcinoma Patients from Recovering Health Club

目的:了解食管癌术后康复俱乐部患者生命质量。方法:用欧洲癌症生命质量测评专用量表EORTC-QLQ-C-30和自制食管癌量表对俱乐部成员78例和非俱乐部成员食管癌69例进行生命质量测评,并对各功能和症状维度进行比较。结果:俱乐部成员和非俱乐部成员总的生命质量评分分别为61±11、57±15(P>0.05);角色功能得分分别为51±17、42±15(P<0.05)、情感功能得分分别为84±10、70±13(P<0.05),社会功能得分分别为61±20、52±18(P<0.05);疲劳得分分别为21±9.3、29±6.2(P<0.05),失眠得分分别为15±6、24±8(P<0.05);疼痛得分分别为19±10、26±14(P<0.05)。其余功能和症状得分差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:食管癌术后康复俱乐部成员角色、情感、社会功能高于非俱乐部成员,疲劳、失眠、疼痛症状少于俱乐部成员;康复指导能提高食管癌术后患者生命质量,特别是增加角色、情感、社会功能,减少术后疲劳、失眠、疼痛症状,能促进食管癌术后康复。

Objective： To study the health-related quality of life in postoperative esophageal carcinoma from patients recovering health club.Methods： Quality of life（QOL） of 78 cases with postoperative esophageal carcinoma from recovering health club and of 69 cases of non-club member were questioned with EORTC-QLQ-C-30 and self-made questionnaire.Their function and symptom scales were compared.Results： The scores of postoperative esophageal carcinoma patients who were club menbers and of the non-club members were 61±11 and 57±15 in QOL（P〉0.05）,51±17 and 42±15 in role function（P〈0.05）,84±10 and 70±13 in emotional function（P〈0.05）,61±20 and 52±18 in social function（P〈0.05）,21±9.3 and 29±6.2 in fatigue symptom（P〈0.05）,15±6 and 24±8 in insomnia（P〈0.05）,19±10 and 26±14 in pain（P〈0.05）,respectively.There was no statistical significance in differences for other functions and symptom scales（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Postoperative esophageal carcinoma patients from recovering health club were better in role,emotional ,social function and less in fatigue、insomnia、pain symptom than those of unclub member.Recovering health instrucion can help promoting postoperative rehabilitation and improving quality of life for postoperative esophageal carcinoma patients,especially in improving role,emotional,social function and reduing fatigue,insomnia and pain symptom.
