手术切除治疗甲状腺肿瘤50例报道

The Surgical Treatment in 50 Cases with Thyroid Tumors

目的：探讨手术切除治疗甲状腺肿瘤的疗效。方法：回顾分析2005年3月~2007年6月收治的行手术切除治疗甲状腺肿瘤患者50例,对其治疗效果、风险及并发症进行分析。结果：50例甲状腺肿瘤患者经腺叶切除术后,除2例全切患者出现暂时性甲状旁腺功能低下,1例有皮下出血外,其余病例均无喉返神经、喉上神经损伤及永久性甲状旁腺、甲状腺功能低下。随访显示残留甲状腺者无再发肿瘤。结论：甲状腺肿瘤实施腺叶或全切除术,并不增加并发症值得推广。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the operation in the treatment of thyroid tumors.Methods： The therapeutic effects,risks and complication of 50 cases with thyroid trmors who received operation were reviewed.Results： Among the 50 patients,2 patients received total thyroid recection experienced temporary hypoparathyroidism,1 experienced subcutaneous hemorrhage,none suffered the damage of recurrent laryngeal nerve or superior laryngeal nerve,permanent hypoparathyroidism or hypothyroidism.None was found tumor recurrence in follow-up period.Conclusion： Nonselectiore lobectomy for thyroid tumors do not add complications and worthy of generalization.
