他扎罗汀凝胶治疗扁平疣 脂溢性角化病 毛发苔藓的疗效观察

Observaiton in Efficacy of Taiarotene Gel in Treating Verruca Plana,Keratosis Seborrheica and Lichen Pilaris

目的:观察0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶治疗扁平疣、脂溢性角化病、毛发苔藓的疗效。方法:治疗组包括35例扁平疣、33例脂溢性角化病、11例毛发苔藓均使用0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶外涂于面部及身体左侧之皮损处,每晚1次;对照组为以上所有患者进行自身对照外用传统推荐疗法之软膏,即5%5-氟尿嘧啶或20%鱼肝油软膏于身体右侧之皮损,每日2次,两组均连续用药至8周末进行判效。结果:治疗组有效率分别为80.0%、78.8%、72.7%,对照组分别为54.3%、48.5%、18.2%,疗效经统计学比较均有差异。结论:0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶治疗扁平疣、脂溢性角化病、毛发苔藓疗效确切,安全可靠。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of taiarotene gel in concentration of 0.05 % in treating verruca plana, keratosis seborrheica and lichen pilaris. Methods： 35 cases of verruca plana, 33 cases of keratosis seborrheica and 11 eases of lichen pilaris were concluded in treatment group with 0.05 % of taiaratene gel once every night. Subjects in control group were treated with routine ointment including 5 % of 5 - FU and 20 % of cod liver oil ointment twice daily. The effect of medication for 8 weeks were evaluated in both groups. Results：The effective rate was respectively 80.0%, 78.8%and 72.7% in treatment group, 54.4%, 48.5% and 18.2% in control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： 0.05% of taiaratene gel is effective and safe in treating verruca plana, keratosis seborrheica and lichen pilaris.
