国产雷帕霉素洗脱支架置入安全性及近期临床疗效观察

Observation in Safety and Short-term Efficacy of Domestic-made Rapamycin-eluting Stent

目的：评价Rapamycin涂层的Firebird药物支架的即刻置入成功率、安全性及随访临床事件的发生情况。方法：对使用Firebird药物支架的患者，采用门诊和电话的方式进行随访，随访的时间为1～6个月。结果：共入选30例患者，其中男性23例（76．6％），女性7例（23．3％），年龄37～78岁，平均年龄（61.76±9.76）岁；共使用Firebird药物支架58枚。1例因病变血管迂曲，Firebird支架不能通过，其余全部成功置入，支架的即刻置入成功率为99．3％。手术过程及住院期间无并发症发生。随访6个月无心血管事件、亚急性血栓及新出现的缺血性心电图改变。结论：Firebird药物支架即刻置入成功率高，安全有效，近期效果较好。

Objective： To evaluate the immediate success rate, safety of Firebird stenting with rapamcin-coating and to follow up the occurance of clinical accidence. Methods： The patients undergoing Firebird stent were followed up in out- patient clinic or by telephone. The duration of follow - up was between 1 mon and 6 mons. Results：30 patients were enrolled including 23 males and 7 females, the average age was 61.76 ± 9.76 years（ranged from 37 to 78 years）. 58 Firebird stents were used. Firebird stents were successfully implanted except for one because of circuitous vessels. The immediate success rate of stenting was 99.3 %. There was no complications occued during operation or duration of hospital stay, no cardiovascular accidence, subacute thrombus or new ischemic changes of electrocardiogram during six followed- up durations. Conclusion： The immediate suecess rate of firebird drug stenting is high, safe and effective in short term.
