格拉斯琼与芬太尼联合用于胆道术后镇吐镇痛的临床观察

Clnical Observation of Granisetron Combined with Fentanyle Preventing and Curing Postoperativepain and Vomiting Caused by Biliary Surgery

目的:观察格拉斯琼与芬太尼联合用于胆道术后患者的镇吐、镇痛的临床效果。方法:100例患急慢性胆囊炎、胆石症病人,随机分为格拉斯琼联合芬太尼组与对照组,比较其临床效果。结果:格拉斯琼联合芬太尼组对术后镇吐、镇痛的有效率明显强于对照组。结论:格拉斯琼联合芬太尼可作为预防胆道术后引起的恶心、疼痛的优选药物。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effectiveness of granisetron Combined with Fentanyle for the prevention of postoperativepain and vomiting in patients after biliary surgery. Methods： 100 Cases of chronic cholecystitis and cholelithiasis were randomly divided into granisetron Combined with Fentanyle group and control group, following the effects of the two groups were evaluated, Results： Granisetron Combined with Fentanyle group was superior to control group in the prevention of postopera tivepain and vomiting after biliary surgery. Conclusion： Granisetron combined with Fentanyle is a good choice of drug in the prevention of nausea and postoperativepain after biliary surgery.
