三七花中总皂苷对大鼠血液流变学的影响

Effect of Total Saponins of Flos Notoginseng on Hemorheology in Rats

目的:观察三七花中的总皂苷对急性血淤模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:给大鼠注射大剂量盐酸肾上腺素,并施以冰水浸泡,制作急性血淤模型大鼠,测定不同切变率的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原的数量等指标。结果:三七花中的总皂苷高、中、低三个剂量组可明显降低大鼠的全血高、中、低切粘度值,和红细胞压积指数,能延长凝血酶原时间,使纤维蛋白原数量减少。结论:三七花中的总皂苷可明显改善急性血淤模型大鼠的血液流变性,可以防止血液粘度增加。

Objective： To observe the effect of total saponins of Flos Notoginseng on hemorheology in rats, Method： The acute blood-stasis model rats were made by soaked in ice-water after injected adrenaline hydrochloride in a major dose. The viscosities of whole blood and plasma, hematocfit, prothrombin time, amount of fibrinogin in the acute blood stasis model rats were measured. Re- sult： Total Saponins of Flos Notoginseng can degrade the viscosities of whole blood and plasma and hematocrit, lengthen prothrombin time, diminish the amount of fibrinogin.
