紫外分光光度法测定呋喃西林贴的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立测定呋喃西林贴含量的方法。方法:紫外分光光度法,检测波长375nm。结果:呋喃西林回归方程为Y =9.76×10^(-2)X-1.093×10^(-3),r=1.0000(n=6),平均回收率95.42%,RSD为0.40%。结论:方法准确可靠,操作简便,稳定性好。 Objective : To establish the method for determination of nitrofurazonum patches. Method : UV spectrophotometry with detective at 375 nm was used. Result: The regressive equation was Y=9. 76 × 10^-2X- 1. 093 × 10^-3(r = 1. 000 0, n =6). The average recovery was 95.4% and RSD was 0.40%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and stable.
