摘要
目的研究股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)的超声表现及其价值。方法通过高频超声观察10个正常对照组(20个正常髋关节)与不同Ficat分期ANFH病人(30例病人,48个患髋)的超声表现,并将ANFH病人超声表现、X线平片表现与手术及病理结果比较。结果FicatⅡ～Ⅳ期的ANFH病人在高频超声下有不同的表现,超声相对于X线平片在观察髋关节积液、软骨病变及滑膜病变上有优势,但对股骨头骨质增生及囊性变没有帮助。结论超声能观察FicatⅡ～Ⅳ期ANFH的病变,并提供一些X线平片不能提供的影像学表现。
Objective To study the ultrasonic manifestation and value in avascular necrosis of femoral head（ANFH）.Methods Ultrasonic manifestation of ANFH group（30 cases,48 hips）with different Ficat staging and control group（10 cases,20 hips）were observed by high-frequency ultrasound.The ultrasonic and X-ray manifestation were compared with operational and pathologic results.Results There were different ultrasonic imagings in ANFH hips with ficat staging of Ⅱ-Ⅳ.Comparing with X-ray,ultrosound was superiority in observing hydrops articuli,lesion of cartilage and synovium but ultrosound was helpless in hyperosteogeny and cystis degeneration of femora head.Conclusion Ultrasonography is valuable in detecting lesions of ANFH hips with Ficat staging of Ⅱ-Ⅳ,and provide some imaging which X-ray can not offer.
