摘要
为了评价伸缩装置破损对自身和桥梁结构的影响,保证伸缩装置功能的正常发挥,定量评价伸缩装置损伤程度和提出破损评价方法,将伸缩装置按照结构特征进行分类,依据各类桥梁伸缩装置损伤模型和损伤实际调查数据,制定了伸缩装置部件损伤程度评定标准。采用层次分析方法,通过专家咨询调查,按照伸缩装置部件重要性程度,得到6类常用桥梁伸缩装置部件权重系数;在统计数据分析的基础上引入了交通量影响系数及结构特性系数β,以反映交通量大小和伸缩装置构造差异对评定结果的影响,最后提出了桥梁伸缩装置破损程度定量评价公式。所提出的桥梁伸缩装置破损评价方法,可以定量评价伸缩装置的破损程度,从而为确定其养护决策提供依据。
In order to assess the influnce of defect on the bridge and to insure the ordinary function, quantitative analysis for the failure of expansion joint and its evaluation method are presented. The expansion joint is classified according to the structural feature. Based on the various data of failure model and the field inspection, the criteria for evaluation is figured out. Six weight coefficients of the expansion joint part are offered using AHP and consulting with experts. The traffic influence factor and structural feature factor are introduced to reflect the influnce of traffic and the difference of expansion joint on the assessment results. Finally quantitative analysis formula for the failure degree of expansion joint is put forward. The presented methodology for failure of expansion joint can quantitatively assess the defect of the structure and give reference for its maintenance decisions.
