摘要
研究了Ti-6Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V合金预合金粉末经热等静压烧结后的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明,等离子旋转电极粉末氧增量低,粒度分布较集中,颗粒内部组织细小均匀;粉末钛合金材料室温拉伸强度不低于970MPa,伸长率为16%-21%,组织为均匀的条状α相和细小的β转变组织。
The mechanical property and microstructure of Ti-6Al-2Zr- 1Mo- 1V alloy after HIP consolidation pre-alloyed powder is investigated. The results show that the oxygen increment of PREP powder is low. The powder grain size distribution is narrow while its microstructure is fine. The room temperature tensile property of the P/M material is more than 970 MPa,its elongation is 16% -21% ,while its microstructure is homogeneous ct lath and fine transform β.
