摘要 文摘采用分级加载技术对30CrMnSiA氢脆敏感性进行了试验研究,对不同强度、电镀参数、镀前处理和镀后处理状态的试样进行了氢脆敏感性试验,并与200 h恒载试验结果进行了比较。结果表明,分级加载方法可快速评价材料的氢脆敏感性,提出了采用分级加载方法进行氢脆敏感性定量评价的参数。 This thesis researched on the material's hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity evaluate of 30CrMnSiA, with grade to load technique. And have many hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity tests for different specimens intensity level, plating parameter, the state of before plating treatment and after plating treatment. Then, compare with the result of 200 h invariable load test. It is indicate that, the method of grade to load can quickly evaluate the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of material. At the end of this thesis, the parameter that quantitative evaluate hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity, with the method of grade to load technique, have been brought forward.
