摘要
与自然生态相比,课堂生态是一种特殊的生态。课堂生态主体与课堂生态环境、课堂生态主体与课堂生态主体之间存在着各种各样的联系,使课堂形成一个有机的生态系统。课堂生态建构是课堂生态学研究的主要内容。文中从价值、社会和心理等维度对课堂生态建构进行了初步探讨。提出课堂生态遵循生态价值观,师生都具有内在价值和工具价值,是两者的有机统一,师生双方的内在价值和工具价值具有不完满性和互补性;民主既是课堂生态主体之间相互作用的基本原则,也是课堂生态主体的主要生活方式;课堂生态需要具有宽容和相互尊重的和谐社会心理环境,自立、自信和自强是课堂生态主体必备的个性心理品质。
"Class ecology" is a special branch of ecology. Various kinds of relationship exist between the subject and the class environment and among the subjects themselves, thus forming an interlocked ecological class system. A primary task of class ecology is to study the construction of the ecological class. This paper makes an initial exploration of the construction of an ecological class from the dimensions of value, society and psychology. It holds that an ecological class has to follow an ecological value view, that is, both the students and the teacher have an inner value and a tool value, which are both imperfect and complementary. Democracy is a basic principle of the interaction and a main way of activities among class ecological subjects. The construction of an ecological class relies on the formation of a harmonious social psychological environment with tolerance to and respect for each other, and the subjects of the ecological class must have the personal qualities of self-construction, self-confidence and self-strength.
