The rapid development of electronic commerce has exerted great effects on the enterprise management. Accordingly, financial management, as an important link on the management chain, has experienced great changes in its management model. This article firstly gives a brief introduction of the concept of ＂network financial management＂ and the background of its birth, then discusses its advantages and the technical conditions it based on and, at last, makes a detailed discussion of the development and implement of network financial management.
