实施《就业促进法》建立全国统一就业信息平台

ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL UNIFIED EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION PLATFORM FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EMPLOYMENT PROMOTION LAW

全国统一就业信息平台是指由国务院劳动行政部门统一接口和主要字段等基本技术规范,供全国劳动者和用人单位使用,能够与INTERNET连接,具有即时性、交互性特点的信息平台。建立该信息平台有新通过的《就业促进法》为依据,有必要性、可行性,也存在一些困难,应遵循一些基本原则,可以在《就业促进法》实施办法中具体规定。

＂National Unifiecl Employment Information Platform＂ refers to the administrative departments of Labor and the main interface fields such as basic technical specifications for the workers and the employers nationwide to use, with immediate, interactive features, and Internet connections to the national interconnectivity of information platform. With the Employment Promotion Law as its guide, the establishment of this information platform is realistic and feasible, though there are still some problems. Following the basic principles of the Law, some specific measures may be formulated for its implementation.
