摘要
高等院校肩负着培养社会主义接班人的重任。作为教育组织者和实施者的高校教师正面临着从理念到实践的严峻挑战。文中认为高校教师在当代大学教育工作中应不断更新教育理念、注重学生艰苦奋斗和创新精神的培养、改进和完善教学体系,并实施综合考评等,通过多种措施提高当代大学生综合素质,以满足社会需要。
Universities and colleges of China are respons＇ible for the cultivation of socialist successors. The teacher, as the organizer and executor of the educational work, is facing severe challenges from theory to practice. The authors of this paper hold that the teachers in colleges should consistently renovate their educating ideas, take pains to cultivate the spirits of hard struggle and innovation capacity of the students, improve the teaching system and implement comprehensive examination for students, so as to meet the needs of the society.
