摘要
探讨了在学校管理实践中通过满足教师的正当需求,加强思想教育工作,建构规范有序、科学合理、行之有效的内部管理体制,营造良好的校风、学风及和谐的校园精神文化氛围等途径。充分调动、激发教师的工作积极性,以圆满完成学校的教育教学任务。
