摘要 ∑△调制器行为模型能在较短的仿真时间内很好地对调制器性能预估。本文提出了一系列的二阶SC∑△调制器的SIMULINK行为模型。模型考虑了调制器的大部分非理想因素包括时钟抖动,热噪声,放大器噪声,积分器的非理想性(包括有限直流增益和带宽,转换速率(SR)和饱和电压限制等)。每一个模型都对所需考虑因素有详尽的描述。仿真结果验证了所给模型的合理性。 Behavioural model of Sigma-delta modulators can greatly estimate the performance of the modulators during the short simulation time. This paper presents a complete set of SIMULINK models of a second-order SC sigma-delta modulator. Nonideal factor such as clock jitter, thermal noise, amplifier noise, Nonideal integrator (including finite DC gain and bandwidth, slew-rate and saturation voltage) are concerned in the model. For each model a detailing description of above factor is given. Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the models proposed.
