摘要 本文利用NI公司的工业计算机和相关PXI板卡系列产品以及一块自行研发的数据通信转换卡,构成数字式仪表在线测试系统,系统模拟数字仪表测试所需要的车辆的各种状态参数和信号,包括模拟、数字、开关量及CAN等信号,驱动待测数字仪表,模拟车辆相关状态工作并反馈数字仪表的工作状态信息。通过NI公司的LabVIEW软件平台对整个测试系统进行开发,最终提供出完整的汽车智能数字仪表的测试方案。 In this paper, a digital vehicle instrument on-line testing system is desighed, which is composed of NI industrial computer with PXI boards and a data communication board. The proposed system can simulate all kinds of status and signal parameters including analog signal, digital signal, switch signal and CAN information that are needed by vehicle. It also can drive the tested instrument and simulate working states of the vehicle and feedback state information. With the assistance of developing and testing on software platform of LabVIEW of NI Company, a integrated testing scheme of vehicle Intelligent digital instrument is given eventually.
