中国真棒恙螨属一新种(蜱螨亚纲:恙螨科)

A NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS EUSCHOENGASTIA FROM CHINA (ACARI: TROMBICULIDAE)

潍坊真棒恙螨,新种Euschōengastia weifangensis sp.nov.采自山东省潍坊地区褐家鼠Ratius norvegicus 的耳壳。正模♀保存于山东中医学院寄生虫学教研室。

Euschoengastia weifangensis sp. nov. (figs. 1-4)Diagnosis, idiosoma of engorged larva 500×358 μm. Eyes small 2 + 2. Cheliceral claw with a tricuspid cap and ventral recurved tooth. Galcal seta 4 branched. Formula of palpal setation B/B/b(4)NB/7B. Scutum broader than long, with wing-like expansion, its posterior margin clearly concave, scutal setae plumose. Sensillae globose-club in shape. Standard measurements of a type (in μm): AW 58, PW 79, SB 25, ASB 21, PSB 11, AP 19, AM-SS 19, AM 33, AL 19, PL 61, Sens 32×14, HS 58, DS 44/42, VS 30/33, Pa 215, Pm 203, Pp 228. Dorsal setae plumose, arranged 2-11-12-10-8-4-2 = 49. Sternal setae 2-2. Ventral setae 26/17 = 43. Legs segments 7-7-7, coxal setae 1-1-1.Holotype, larva, collected by Zhang Jin-sheng from Rattus norvegicus in July 1979, in We-ifang City (36°40’N, 119°E), Shandong Province, and deposited in the Department of Parasi-tology, Shandong College of Chinese Traditional Medicine, China.
