摘要 在慢性前列腺炎的研究工作中,血-前列腺屏障的研究是个被忽视的领域。在Pubmed等医学类数据库中找不到一篇关于血-前列腺屏障的研究综述。甚至找不到一个关于它的令人满意的定义。我们的研究目的,就是尝试从不同研究领域的文献中寻找有关"血-前列腺屏障"的理论和实验的依据,提出一个建立在非相关文献间的隐含联系中的假说。我们相信,血-前列腺屏障是客观存在的,而且在前列腺炎的发病机制中扮演着关键性的角色。 In the research work of chronic prostatitis, the study of blood - prostate barrier has been ignored. We cannot find any review of blood - prostate barrier in the entire medical database such as Pubmed. We cannot even find a satisfactory concept of blood - prostate barrier. The purpose of our study is to find the theoretical and experimental proof of blood - prostate barrier in various research fields and to set up a hypothesis, which based on the hidden connections among non- interactive documents. We believe that the blood- prostate barrier exists indeed and play a key role in the pathogenesy of chronic prostafitis.
