摘要
通过对大学生心理疲劳的因素进行分析,认为自身因素、团体因素、自然环境因素及社会环境因素,都参与了心理疲劳的形成。同时,针对上述观点引起的心理疲劳因素,提出了相应的应对策略,旨在更好消除心理疲劳,完善人们对大学生的心理疲劳的认识,帮助大学生养成健康的心理,降低大学生的心理疲劳。
This thesis analyzes the factors caused by the university students' mental fatigue. The author proposes that the students' personal factors ,natural environment and social environment factors involved in the formation of mental fatigue. In the meanwhile, in the view of the above-mentioned factors, the author proposes the accordingly strategics which aimed at better eliminating mental fatigue understanding the issue of university students' mental fatigue and helping college students develop the psyches in a healthy way.To reduce the college students' mental fatigue and promote the psyches health development of their psyches are the urgent tasksfacing all the college level educators nowadays.
