摘要
采用0.2MPa、0.4MPa、0.6MPa、0.8MPa、1.2Mpa共5个浓度梯度的PEG对9个达乌里胡枝子不同种质的种子进行干旱胁迫处理,通过对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、根长、苗长的综合分析表明,9个达乌里胡枝子种质材料萌发期抗旱性强弱顺序为H04-17>H04-5>H98-45>H98-16>H02-2>H04-3>H98-67>H98-24>H04-7。
Drought resistance of different Lespedeza davurica materials at seed germination stage was evaluated. Seeds were exposed to five levels of osmotic PEG solution. Based on germination rate, relative germination rate, germination index, vigor index, root length and seedling height , the ability of drought resistances at germination stage of the different Lespedeza davurica materials was H04-17〉H04-5〉H98-45〉H98-16〉H02-2〉H04-3〉H98-67〉H98-24〉H04-7.
