Discussion on the Problems in the Design of BAS

随着信息技术的迅速发展,人们对各类建筑物使用功能的要求越来越高,以自动控制技术、通信技术和计算机网络技术组成的楼宇设备自动化控制系统(BAS)的使用越来越普及。但是从实际的应用中及产生的效果来看,BAS 还存在着很多有待解决的问题。本文结合实际工程,论述了楼宇自控系统在设计方面存在的不足,以及系统中一些具有普遍性、值得关注的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施。

With the rapid development of information technology, a demand of the using function of every kind of building is highly enhanced, the building automation system （BAS） based on automation control technology, communication technology and computer network technology is becoming more and more popular. However, there are a lot of problems to be solved in BAS. Combining the actual project, it is discussed towards to the shortage of the design of BAS as well as some other noticeable problems and the improving steps are brought forward.
