摘要
本文通过对工程监理实施中普遍存在的人员素质偏低、机构不健全、制度不完善等原因导致的工作质量问题进行分析,提出具体的处理措施和详细的质量控制方法。
In the paper an analysis of the quality problems can sed by the low quality working staff, imperfect organization and system, which have widely existed in the implementation of the construction supervising, has been made. Meanwhile, the management and ways in quality monitoring have been eoncretely and detailed proposed.
