摘要
本文在详细分析结构自防水机理的基础上,结合工程实例,介绍混凝土的外加剂、浇筑工艺、泌水处理、温度监测及混凝土的保湿、保温和养护等多项结构自防水综合技术。结构自防水控制技术能较好地解决高层建筑地下室的渗漏问题,可以在类似的工程中推广应用。
Seepage in the basement of high buildings is an extraordinary difficulty. Having combined some cases and analyzed the principles of water resistant through construction, the author introduced several construction techniques as additives of concrete, casting methods of concrete, moisturizing, keeping temperature and surface maintenance of concrete, and temperature monitoring, in order to decrease cracks in seams during construction and anti-seep, which can also be used in other cases.
