混浊水用清水视觉器的研究

摘要 针对混浊水环境下对海洋平台管节点焊缝和坝体裂纹检测和监测不易实现的难点,研制了一种基于轴对称射流的混浊水用清水视觉器,其基本原理是在适当区域中,造成一定体积的清水视域并用CCD对目标进行观测.在污水射流浓度分布理论的基础上,推导了静止混浊水中自由清水射流起始段与主体段中的混浊水浓度分布规律,并通过试验对射流的可视域进行了验证.试验表明,这种混浊水用清水视觉器能够在混浊水中造出一定体积的可视域,应用CCD能够对可视域中目标进行观测,其可视域的尺度与射流出口尺寸有关. For the difficulty of the inspection and monitor for the cracks in tubular joint of offshore platforms and dam bodies, the visual facility for turbid water was developed based on the theory of round turbulent jets. Its primary principle was to make a visual field in the special zone so that the target in the field could be ob- served from the CCD. On the density distribution theory of turbid jets, the density distribution of turbid water in the first segment and principal segment of free rising jets was educed, and the visual field of jets has been validated by experiments. Experiment results indicate that the certain bulk visual field can be made in turbid water by the facility, the object can be observed in the field, the bulk of the field correlates with the size of jets.
