新型澄清池应用于发电厂化水系统的技术经济分析

Tech-economic analysis of new-type clarifier used in chemical and water system of power plant

"新型澄清池"作为一种新型原水净化处理技术,通过对常规澄清池进行压缩工艺流程、扩大进水浊度范围、改善池底设计结构,达到了设计出水要求。相比传统原水净化工艺,具有抗冲击能力强、投资省、运行维护费用低、占地面积小等优点。结合该技术在国电石嘴山等电厂净化站工程中的应用效果和经验,经技术、经济方面的综合评价,认为该工艺是目前高浊度水净化处理中安全可靠、经济适用的一种实用新型工艺,具有较高的推广价值。

As a new technology of water clarification and treatment, new-type clarifier has met the design requirement by shortening the process, expanding turbidity scope of feed water and upgrading the bottom structure of tank. Compared with traditional water clarification process, it is of the advantages such as higher impulse-resistance, less investment, lower maintenance and operating cost and smaller land occupation, etc. Based on the technical and economic analysis of several practical applications, the new process was proven to be a safe, reliable, economic and feasible process with brighter prospect for promotion.
