摘要 提出一个具有3个层次、2个支持系统的数字化电厂层次结构模型,并对该模型进行了详细分析,阐述了平朔数字化电厂的实施方案和组织框架。按照平朔电厂建设数字化电厂的总体思路,科学合理地设计集中统一的工作数字化平台,从电厂生产、技术、行政管理等主要业务,实现数字化运作,最大限度地利用数字化技术的快捷、方便、储存容量大等特点,减少人力、物力、时间的消耗,达到规范管理、提高工作效率和质量的效果,真正实现管控一体化。 A structure of three layers and two support systems model for digital power plant was proposed and analyzed in detail. The implementation scheme and organization framework for Pingshuo Digital Power Plant were introduced. Based on this, the integrated working platform was designed and built scientifically to realize the digitalized operation in production management, technology management and administration management. With the properties of digital technology such as swiftness, convenience and large storing capacity, the platform can reduce the consumption of human, materials and time resources, achieve normalized management, more efficient and improved operation, realize the integration of management and control.
