摘要
合成了铁(Ⅱ)-L-苏糖酸(2,3,4-三羟基丁酸).用 pH 法在(25.0±0.1)℃,I=0.1 mol/L KNO_3条件下,测定了 Fe(Ⅱ)-L-苏糖酸二元配合物和 Fe(Ⅱ)-α-氨基酸-L-苏糖酸三元配合物的生成常数,讨论了 Fe(Ⅱ)-L-苏糖酸二元和铁(Ⅱ)-α-氨基酸-L-苏糖酸三元配合物在溶液中的配位方式及配位能力.
This report demonstrated the synthesis of iron( Ⅱ) complex of L-threonic acid (2,3,4-trihydroxyl butyric acid). Using pH method the stability constants of binary iron( Ⅱ) complex of L-threonic acid and ternary iron( Ⅱ) complex of L-threonic acid-α-aminoacids were measured at (25.0±0. 1), I=0. 1 mol/L KNO3. It was discussed the crystal structure of iron ( Ⅱ) complexes of L-threonic acid and their coordination ability and patherns between binary and ternary complexes in solution.
