摘要
基于 Cu(Ⅱ)能在氨水介质中催化过氧化氢氧化溴酚红褪色的原理,将此褪色反应应用于催化剂中痕量铜的测定.样品经酸洗后再经巯基棉柱分离掉其中的基体元素和干扰元素,然后进行测定.标准加入法测定其回收率为95%~103%,检测限为6×10^(-3)μg/25 mL.该方法简便、快速,灵敏度高.
The method is base on the principle that Cu ( Ⅱ ) catalyzes the decoloration reaction resulting from the oxidation of bromophenol red by hydrogen peroxide in ammonia medium. In this paper,this method is used for determining trace copper in catalysts with satisfactory results. Catalysts after acid dissolution are passed through a column of sulfhydrylated cotton to separate the fundamental and interference elements. The recover is 95 %-103 %. The detection limit is 6×10^-3 μg/25mL. The method has the advantages of rapidity,simplicity and high sensitivity.
