摘要
研究了厌氧附着膜膨胀床(AAFEB)反应器在起动和稳态运行过程中生物膜性状的变化。结果表明,载体上生物膜的形成经历吸附,局部挂膜和完全挂膜三个阶段,微生物组成由以球菌占优势,逐步演变为丝状菌占优势。反应器运行中生物膜厚度增加,活性提高,运行效能相应提高。
The variation of characteristics of the biofilm in anaerobic attached microbial film expanded bed (AAFEB) reactor during start up and steady state condition was studied.The results showed that there were three consecutive phases in the course of biofilm formation and development,namely,adorption phase,partly coating phase and fully coating phase.The predominant microorganisms were changed gradually from coccus to filamentous organisms.During the operation of reactor,the biofilm thickness and activity increased.As a result,process efficiency was on the increase.
