中国汽车进军俄罗斯:历史与未来

摘要 9月15日,俄罗斯有关部门停止批准国外汽车企业在俄设组装厂。即9月15日前已签订组装汽车议定书的公司,在该命令生效之后依然可以签订相关协定。由此,除奇瑞外,尚无中国汽车企业在俄成功建立汽车组装厂。那么,其他雄心勃勃要开拓俄罗斯市场的中国汽车企业将何去何从?近日,由国务院发展研究中心信息网(DRCNET)、中国汽车工业协会、俄罗斯SOLO CONSULTING与上海合作组织实业家委员会共同主办的"首届中俄汽车论坛",对相关的政策法规、市场情况、产品需求、消费偏好、营销渠道等进行了深度剖析,帮助中国汽车企业深刻理解中俄汽车产业发展政策和产业发展形势,把握两国汽车贸易规则,有效开拓俄罗斯市场。 On Sep.15th,Russia ceased permitting the foreign automakers to build new assembly plant in Russia. But the foreign automakers which signed the assembly plant agreement before Sep.15th still could continue sign the relevant agreement after the policy came into effect.Therefore, except Chery, no automakers from China built the assembly plant in Russia.Then, how would the other automakers from China develop the Russia automakers market?. Recently, the first Sino-Russia auto forum was sponsored by DRCNET, CAAM, Russia Solo Consulting and the Enterpriser Committee of Shanghai Cooperation Organization. In the forum, the relevant policy and regulation, market development, product demand, consumption preference, marketing channel are discussed. It helped Chinese automakers to understand the automotive industry policy of two countries and developing conditions, utilize the trade rules, develop the Russia market.
