摘要
文章介绍了倾斜板分级设备工作原理及倾斜板结构参数对分级效果产生的重要影响。在以特性参数法作为倾斜板设计的理论基础上,对倾斜板板长、板间距对倾斜板分级效果的影响进行了试验研究。并通过分析确定斜板的倾角大小,进一步确定了最优的板长L及板间距d。
The paper introduced the working principle of the inclined plate classification equipment and the structure parameter of the inclined plate affected to the classification results. Base on the performance parameter as the theory of the inclined plate design, the experimental research on the incline plate length and the distance between the plates affected to the classification results was conducted. The analysis had confirmed the inclined angle size of the plate and confirmed the optimized the length L and the distance D of the plate.
