摘要
本文从生物多样性的研究与保护角度，介绍了分子系统学的产生与发展以及分子系统学中的研究方法。就分子系统学与形态学之间的分歧和争论进行了讨论。
This paper introducted the devolopment of molecular phylogeny and methods in study of molecular phylogeny from direction of study and conservation of biology division.We also discussed disagreement and disputation between molecular phylogeny and morphology,and application of molecular phylogeny.
