Effect of Image Training on Cerebral Blood Flow Velocity

摘要 目的:探讨表象训练对脑血流速度(cerebral bloodflowvelocity,CBFV)的影响及性别对CBFV变化的影响。方法:在表象训练时及其先前的休息期,对20名正常大学生用经颅多普勒(TCD)监测其双侧大脑中动脉CBFV的变化。结果:与休息时相比,表象训练的相对变化值左侧为9.40±3.16,右侧为15.86±5.82,表象训练诱导出双侧大脑中动脉CBFV的非常显著增加(P<0.01)。表象训练的偏侧指数(LI)为24.73±14.48(P<0.01),呈现出显著的右侧半球偏侧化,性别对CBFV偏侧化不产生显著影响,但表象训练诱导的CBFV的增加在两性间有显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论:表象训练能引起双侧大脑中动脉CBFV的非常显著性增加,且可诱导CBFV的右侧偏侧化。 Objective: To investigate the effect of image training on cerebral blood flow velocity (CBFV) and to determine the influence of gender on the relative CBFV Changes. Methods: Simultaneous bilateral transcranial ultrasomography Doppler (TCD) monitoring of CBFV in the middle cerebral arteries (MCAs) is performed in 20 normal college students during image training and their preceding intervals. Results: Compared with its preceding intervals, the relative CBFV Changes of image training in the left hemisphere is 9.40 ± 3.16 and in the right is 15.86 ± 5.82. Image training induces a significant bilateral CBFV increase in the MCAs(p〈 0.01) and shows a significant right-hemisphere CBFV acceleration (The laterality index of image training is 24.73 ± 14.48)(p〈 0.01). Gender has no influence on laterality, but higher relative CBFV changes is observed in the male group when image training is performed. Conclusion: Image training can induce a significant bilateral CBFV increase in the MCAs and may induce a significant right-hemisphere CBFV acceleration.
