在考察核扩散历史的基础上,作者对核扩散领域主要的扩散行为模式进行了比较,分析了主要扩散行为的动机、模式和前景。文章认为,安全需求是核扩散的主要驱动力,国际社会应该在消除地区安全隐患、构建地区与全球合作安全机制方面加强努力。同时,强化现有核不扩散机制、统一不扩散标准是抑制核扩散的发展趋势和努力方向。

Based on historical observations,the author compares the different modes of proliferation and analyzes the motivations,modes,and prospects for nuclear proliferation.The author argues that security concerns are the major driving force behind nuclear proliferation,and international society should make concerted efforts to eliminate the dangers to regional security and construct a regional and global cooperative security mechanism.Meanwhile,strengthening the nuclear non-proliferation mechanism and implementing consistent standards of non-proliferation will be conducive to future trends in the prevention of nuclear proliferation.
