关于新农村建设中几个问题的调查

An Investigation into Some Issues about Building New Countryside

自党的十六届五中全会提出建设"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"的社会主义新农村以来,社会各界对新农村建设的关注达到了前所未有的高度。建设新农村,农民是主体,政府是主导,因此,了解农民对新农村建设的态度和行动,农民对中央的农村政策和措施的态度、满意度,以及农民的生产生活状况就显得十分必要。为此,中南民族大学思想政治教育学院师生组织了这次抽样调查,就农民对新农村的认识、农民收入和消费状况、新型农民培养等与新农村建设相关的问题进行调查分析。

In building new countryside, farmers are the main body and the government is the guidance. Therefore it is important to be aware of farmer＇s attitude toward building new countryside, of their condition of production and life, and be aware whether they are satisfied with the central government＇s policies and measures. To achieve this goal, College of Ideological and Political Education, South-central University for Nationalities made an investigation into such issues so as to make an analysis of some relevant problems.
