摘要
智利政府于2007年6月11日正式宣布对其南部第十二大区麦哲伦(Magallenes)海峡区域的10个油气区块进行国际招标,这对于中国石油企业进军智利是一个重要机遇。通过政策法规、人身安全、经济自由度等方面对智利境内的投资环境及油气产需状况、油气勘探概况进行了分析,认为是比较安全、有利的。研究了重点招标区块的地质背景和勘探潜力,初步认为此次招标的10个区块还是具有很大油气潜力的。应认真分析每个区块的详细资料,研究其资源潜力,最终做出决策。
International bids were invited for exploring ten oil and gas blocks in Magallenes Basin of south Chile by Chilean government in June this year,which is an important chance for petroleum enterprise in China to enter to Chile.Combined with the policy legislation,personnel safety and liberalization of the economy offered by Chile,this paper analyzes the investment environment and oil and gas production-consumption and exploration status,and studies the geological background and exploration potentials of major bidding blocks.Through analysis and study,we preliminarily consider that ten bidding blocks have great oil and gas potential with safety.Next step is to seriously analyze the detail data of every block and study its resource potential.At last,the decision will be made.
