摘要
介绍了国内外DMF回收技术发展进程,分析了原引进技术中DMF回收系统存在的缺陷,提出并应用了先真空蒸馏、后常压提纯溶剂回收的生产技术。对比了新老工艺运行效果,进行了技术经济分析。项目实施后,装置操作平稳,处理能力大大提高,实现了节能、减排、降耗的目标,经济效益显著。
This paper describes the development of the DMF recovery technology, analyzes the defects in the DMF recovery system of imported technologies and proposes a new technology for recovering solvent ,in which DMF is first distillated under a vacuum and then purified under the atmospheric pressure.In this paper,the new technology is compared with traditional ones and a technical and economic analysis is conducted.The unit using this new technology performed stably and its processing capacity improved considerably.The new technology helps reduce energy consumption and pollutant emission and greatly improves enterprises' economic efficiency.
