常减压蒸馏装置用能分析与探讨 被引量:4

摘要 以某炼厂5Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置为例,运用能量系统"三环节"结构理论,依据热力学第一定律和热力学第二定律对装置进行了能量平衡和平衡计算。结果表明,合理采用先进的节能技术和设备是降低装置能耗的关键。在降低能量损失的同时,需要提高能源的利用率,从能量的量和质两个方面降低装置能耗。要完善常压炉烟气余热回收系统,提高加热炉热效率,同时需加强低温热量回收,减少物流冷却排弃能。 Citing a 5Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit as an example,this article studies the energy balance and the calculation of energy balance for the unit using the "three links" theory for the energy system as well as the first and second laws of thermodunamies.The results show that the rational use of advanced energy-saving technologies and equipment is the key to reducing energy consumption.In order to effectively reduce the energy consumption of a unit,while energy loss is reduced ,the energy efficiency of the unit must be improved.It is necessary to improve the efficiency of the heat recovery systems for flue gas waste in atmospheric furnaces,to increase the thermal efficiency of furnaces and to improve the low-temperature heat recovery to reduce the energy lost in the cooling process.
