现有机械手实验台在联锁关系较为复杂的控制程序出现错误时会受到损坏,甚至危及人身安全。为此对该机械手实验台的控制系统进行了改进。改进后的实验台在误操作或运行错误程序的情况下能有效的保护设备和人身安全,满足教学需要,提高教学效率。

When mistake occurs in the control program with co mplex chain relation the manipulator teaching experimental equipment may be damaged and even personal injury can be caused. Therefore, the control system of manipulation teaching experimental equipment needs to be improved. The improved equipment can protect itself and operators effectively when mistake takes place in operation or program, and can meet teaching demand with higher efficiency.
