摘要
采用细胞外单位记录方法观察了刺激大鼠尾核(CD)、小脑结合臂(BC)对丘脑腹内侧核(VM)神经元放电活动的影响。结果显示电刺激CD控制大多数VM神经元;刺激BC兴奋大多数VM神经元;二者的联合刺激抑制VM神经元的自发放电;刺激CD组与联合刺激组在反应类型构成比上无显著性差异(P>0.05),刺激BC组与联合刺激组间则存在着反应类型构成比的显著差异(P<0.01)。结果提示:VM神经元对小脑、基底神经节的传入有整合作用,其结果以基底神经节的传入表现为主。
The effect of the combined stimulation of caudate nucleus (CD)and brachium conjunctivum(BC) on the spontaneous firing of the ventral medial (VM) neurons was observed by extracelluluar recording in waking and curare-immobilized rats.The stimulation of CD inhibited the majority of VM neurons,while the stimulation of BC excited most of the VM neurons,the combined stimulation also inhibited the VM neurons.There is a statistically significant difference between the constitution of the response types of the BC stimulation and the combined stimulation (Chi-test,P<0 01),but there is no such difference between the CD stimulation and the combined stimuation (Chi-test,P>0 05).Those results suggest that the neurons of VM can integrate the bassal ganglia-VM and the cerebellum-VM afferents and the result of the integration is that the basal ganglia-VM aferents is in predominant position.
