逆变器供电的感应电机驱动系统故障仿真研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究了一种基于开关函数概念的逆变器仿真模型,在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下,利用工具箱内部的基本模块建立了逆变器开关元件短路、开路及同桥臂两开关元件同时开路状态下的仿真模块。利用电动机的数学模型,编制了电动机s函数。针对不同故障模式,只需改变开关函数模块即可方便实现逆变器电机驱动系统的不同状态仿真。研究了不同故障模式下的电机相电流和转矩波形,仿真结果表明电机相电流可以作为故障特征实现逆变器故障检测与诊断。 The simulation model of the inverter based on switching function concept is studied and the inverter device failures are considered. The faults of the inverter device considered in the paper are short and open circuit of one power device, and open circuit of both power device of one inverter leg, The actual implementation of these models under different fault conditions is proposed with the help of MATALB SIMULINK toolboxes. Using mathematical model of the induction model, the s-function of the motor is tion and diagnosis for inverter-fed motor drive system.
