摘要
随着螺旋缝钢管生产工艺的不断完善,管端扩径技术得到广泛的推广应用,该工艺要求距管端250 mm范围内清洁无杂物。通过自动管端除渣机的设计与应用,解决人工除渣存在的诸多问题,保证了管端扩径工序的顺利进行。
With the continuous development of SSAW pipe production process,pipe ends expansion technology has been widely promote to application.This process requires no any foreign matters within 250 mm from pipe ends.Through the design and application of auto-deslagging unit,it solves many problems occurred in manual deslagging and ensure pipe ends expansion procedure go on smoothly.
