摘要
根据管网和水泵的运行特性曲线,阐明了供水系统的变频调速节能原理,分析了变频恒压供水的原理及系统的组成结构。通过研究和比较,可采用变频器和PLC实现高层建筑的恒压供水。对系统的软硬件设计进行了详细介绍,应用数字PID对系统中的恒压控制器进行设计,最后指出了系统存在的电磁兼容技术(EMC)问题,并提出了一些解决方法。
According to the operation characteristic curves of pipe network and pump, the energy- saving principle of the water supply system with frequency conversion velocity modulation was expounded. The principle of frequency conversion constant pressure water supply and the system composition structure were analyzed. Through the research and the comparison, the frequency converter and the PLC can be used to realize the constant pressure water supply. The detailed introduction to the system software and hardware design was made. The design of constant pressure controller in the system was conducted using numeral PID. Finally, the EMC problem existing in the system was pointed out, and some solutions were proposed.
