摘要
湛江中粤能源有限公司燃奥里油电厂采用硫酸亚铁还原/石灰中和法处理含钒、铬、铅废水,采用吹脱法处理高浓度氨氮废水,出水钒<1mg/L,出水氨氮<45mg/L,各项水质指标均能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的二级标准,但处理费用较高,其中药剂费为26.97元/m3,蒸汽费、电费、水费合计为13.99元/m3。
The ferrous sulfate reduction/lime neutralization process and the air stripping process were used to treat wastewater containing vanadium, chromium and lead, and high-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater respectively in the orimulsion-fired power plant of Zhanjiang Zhongyue Energy Co. Ltd. The different effluent quality indexes can reach the class Ⅱ criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996) , with V of less than 1 mg/L and NH3 -N of less than 45 mg/L. However, the treatment cost is high, in which the chemical cost is 26.97 Yuan/m^3, and the expenses for steam, electricity and water are 13.99 Yuan/m^3.
