摘要
本文所研制的测试系统针对线束的导通性测试而开发,是一个基于VXI总线的自动测试系统。该系统的主要部件是一个带有GPIB接口卡的普通外控计算机和一个根据VXI总线规范设计的智能测试仪。该系统的研制开发将大大降低线束测试的劳动强度,提高工作效率,增强测试的准确性。
The test system researched in this paper is developedto improve the conductivity testing of Harness. This test systemis an automatic test system based on VXI bus; a computer withGPIB card and an intelligent testing device designed according tothe specification of VXI bus are included in the system. Thissystem can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of thetest.
